Looking for a unique get-away, close to the local sites, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of it all?  Look no farther!  Hartley Farms offers several unique options for accommodations.  Whatever you choose, you are minutes from wineries on the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail, about 20 minutes from downtown Paso Robles with wonderful dining, 15 minutes from the Mid State Fairgrounds, and 7 minutes from Vina Robles Amphitheater.

 

Camping

This is for the bare-bones, adventurous type; you know who you are.  Camping spaces are available pretty much anywhere on the 37-acre farm.  Want to hang out with the chickens and goats?  There’s a spot for you.  Pitch a tent in the gardens?  You got it!  our favorite spot is under the 200-year old Oak tree.

BED & BREAKFAST JAM & TOAST

Hartley Farms also offers interior rooms in the B&J&T! And a guest house.  These accommodations include our very own Organic Jams, and Toast in the mornings.  Enjoy the view next to the fire place/pit with your glass of local wine, and fresh breezes.  Come live the good life, on the farm!

The Vaughn Room

is named for Gay (Vaughn) Riley, Barbara’s maternal grandmother. Gay was ever the feminist, but most times too conservative to try things on her own. She supported her children and grandchildren in starting their businesses (OtterBox, Danielson Designs, and Hartley Farms, to name a few). This is a 200 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (sink, toilet, shower/tub) suite. It has one queen-size bed, and large picture windows facing the orchard and vineyard beyond. It is connected to a shared living space with the Walker-Hughes Room. This shared space includes a small kitchenette, living room, and outdoor patio with a fireplace. The Walker-Hughes Room

is named for LaMar and Helen Walker (nee Hughes) who are the maternal grandparents of Dan. Their love story was an example to him for what he was looking for in a marriage. They were best friends and soul mates for 60+ years. It is a 200 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (double sink, toilet, shower) suite. It has a king-size bed, plus a twin size reading nook, and a beautiful view of the orchard and vineyards beyond. It is connected to a shared living space with the Vaughn Room. The Cottage

The Cottage at The Farm – this 900 square foot cottage is a separate, free-standing guest house that includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a California King bed (Casper mattress), one bathroom, Murphy Bunk Beds (twin size) and a pull-out King size sofa bed (American Leather).
